2005 to the unlimited time or extension of its rights over the works. Copying, reproducing,
reinterpreting or creating any similar version of the works shown, copied or presented to you, as verbal
contract, client – provider of service, in part or as a whole, is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a
violation of this copyright. Included in the definition of intellectual property are inventions, service
marks, and trademarks, and other kind of information that may lead to the original design idea or its
similarity. Intellectual property, for the most part, is property that is derived from the mind rather than
the hand. It has, by its very nature, potential monetary and therefore commercial value. Exceptions

designed building or its parts, the client cannot use, re interpret or modify to create a partial or similar
